The fulfilment of the delivery was good. It's just that I would have like more explanation on the website on certain terms. It turns out I ordered my blinds slightly narrower than I expected because I didn't realise they would shave off some millimeters for the mechanisms.

This is because all components, including the blind fabric, need to be included within the ordered blind width; otherwise, the blind would not fit your window.
