My venetian blinds arrived but unfortunately 3 of the 5 were damaged in transit. Sometimes you can tell more about the integrity of a business and their staff by how they deal with a problem. Oz Blinds product is great, my blinds fit the spaces and have an extremely professional finish and at a reasonable price. Your customer service is A1 especially in dealing with my problem. You already have 1 further purchase and 2 referrals via my recommendation

Well made blinds which were made to order and were delivered promptly. They are easy to install and look and work brilliantly. Now have these blinds throughout the whole house, what a difference. The price was so much better than any other quotes.

We needed to replace all the blinds of a holiday house. Quotes from other companies were between $6K and $10K.
The quality of OZ blinds was equivalent to what we had been quoted on by others. Delivery was ahead of time, blinds were easy to install, instructions were clear and the price was terrific - around $2k for whole house. Have just sold this house and real estate commented that the blinds sealed the deal. We have just purchased another house and will be using OZ blinds for this property.

My first order was just before Christmas ... so I expected to wait quite a few weeks. However, the order came before Christmas and all the blinds fitted perfectly. Absolutely love my blinds double roller with sunscreen and all other rooms with sunscreen. They look fantastic, only issue was wrong bracket sent for double roller blinds but all sorted eventually. Very good price best online deal and quality product. Installed throughout house 11 windows in total.
