I sourced 31cm wide aluminium Venetian blinds from Oz Blinds. The customer service and follow-up was excellent, especially because Nick helped me get the blinds made overseas and delivered before Christmas. The blinds were easily installed and fitted exactly. The blinds look great and are much easier to dust than the 20 yr old ones that were replaced.

I had new windows put in so I had to change all my window dressings, I did my due diligence with quite a few blind companies, DIY and full service.
I decided to go with Oz Blinds because Nick was very knowledgeable and was also able to provide exactly what I wanted. I went for 4 motorized roller blinds with remotes. On the website it was pretty easy to order, but I wanted a more custom service as I did sway away from the standard design that allot of the full service suppliers do. We had more than 50 emails between us, as I asked alot of questions and they were always answered.
It may seem abit long winded with more than 50 emails, but neither of us wanted any errors and I got exactly what I wanted. I installed all the blinds and have had no issues with them and am very happy. One of the remotes was damaged, so I sent Nick a photo of it and it was promptly exchanged.
I would recommend Oz Blinds, they were great at advising me with my purchase and also they were at a reasonable price too.

I’ve had a great experience with OzBlinds. I needed to order a Venetian blind, as my lovely dog decided to create a window for him on both sides of it (lol). The challenge: to find the same one (they’re +20years old and made to order - I’m renting and I was not allowed to replace for a different one 🙄). I was losing hope in finding it until I came across to OzBlinds online and placed an order.
The package has arrived intact and the blinds in pristine condition. I didn’t even have to use the brackets provided. The blind was exactly like as the old one, so I just removed the damaged one and replaced with the new one. Looks like it has never been replaced! (before and after photos below).
