The order was easy to process but I did purchase twice for same item (Sunscreen Roller Blinds DUO SCREEN) since the length was 2mm more than the narrowest part of the window, anyway, interesting experience. Thanks

I was sceptical on the ability to get blinds made remotely. I was pleasantly very wrong. All blinds fit perfectly. Nick and team very responsive and proactive. Amazing service from OzBlinds. The let down to 5 stars ++ was transport. Delivery was 5 days late - but without Nick telling couriers how to do their job, i'd still be waiting.

Great value for money and fabulous products we ordered sunscreen and blockout blinds. The customer service was amazing they called to explain about the double blinds we had ordered and explaining the brackets and how it rolls. Responding to my questions about ETA and manufacturing timeframes with the delivery being 2 days from Melb to BNE.
Hi Kate, thank you for your great review! Unfortunately, the screws were not missing. As per our website, our blinds are delivered with all components, except screws. We leave it up to the customers to select screws because different screws are required for different applications - screws for timber, aluminium, concrete, etc. Also, customers might need longer or shorter screws as well. Our customers will know their installation situation the best, so they will need to use appropriate screws to ensure that blinds are correctly installed.
